Period of Renewal
The membership of the members of PLGMEA is expired on 31 April of each year. Any member may renew his membership for the next year from 1st March to 31st April of each year.
Procedure of Renewal
The bills of renewal of membership are dispatched to all the members of PLGMEA thorough post before the expiry of membership. The members are required to pay their renewal bills (Renewal Fee) in Association office.
In addition to the payment of renewal fee, also, send back the Application Form along with your Company Profile duly filled in and with a Cheque for Appropriate amount. Kindly note that the enclosed Company Profile should be supported with the Export Performance Certificate authenticated by the respective Bank (s) for the last financial year (2010-2011) to determine the Class of your Membership, copy of Income Tax Return filed, copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate, copy of NTN Certificate, copy of Representative’s NIC.
