Attestation
|
Pakistan Leather Garments Manufacturers & Exporters Association provides the facility of attestation of different commercial documents to its members. These documents include Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists etc.
The attestation fee of each document is Rs. 50/- per document. Non members may also avail the facility of attestation by paying double fee i.e. Rs. 100/- per document. PLGMEA doesn’t charge any fee for the attestation of additional copies of the documents.

Library
|
PLGMEA has setup a well established library for the benefit of its members. The library is equipped with hundreds of books including Trade Directories of different countries, periodicals of different national and international business support institutes, yellow pages and many other books and documents. Any member of PLGMEA may enjoy this facility by visiting the library from 9:00 a.m. to 04:30 p.m. The librarian is present during these hours to assist the members. It is not allowed to take the books outside the library. However, members may get the photocopies of their required documents by paying the photocopy charges.

Previous SROs
|
PLGMEA has been maintaining the record of Government SROs since 1979. The members may get the copies of previous SROs by paying the photocopy charges.
Previous SROs are now also available on the website of CBR. Members may also download their required SROs from this Website.

Trade Disputes
|
PLGMEA plays the role of mediator by amicably solving the trade disputes of its members. A special Committee has been formed who take-up all such matters. This Committee meets at the end of each month and discusses all the cases received during the month. These may also include the complaint against foreign customers regarding non-payment or any other such matters. The members are required to submit their cases along with all necessary documentary evidences.

PLGMEA Conference Hall
|
PLGMEA has setup a well established Conference Hall in order to hold meetings, workshops, training courses and seminars. The Conference Hall is fully air-conditioned. There is a built-in sound system in the Conference Hall. The Conference Hall has a capacity of 100 people.
Not only members but also non members, national and international organizations may hire the Conference Hall of PLGMEA for conducting meetings, seminars , workshops and training courses by paying the Conference Hall Rent which is Rs. 10,000/- per day. The Conference Hall rent does not include any charges of refreshment/entertainment. |
